Delegate Raymond R. (Andy) Guest Jr. (R-31) has received information from the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service, concerning the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. This new Federal Act requires that all employers verify the employment eligibility of all new employees.
