To the editor:
On behalf of the Amiss ville Volunteer Fire Department, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the surrounding communities and the many people who helped us at our annual carnival held June 10-13. We grossed approximately $20,187.23.
I would like to say a special thank you to a few certain individuals in our own department who helped make the carnival a success. These members know who they are without mentioning their names.
This thank you also extends to the people who donated food items and merchandise and also to the volunteers outside the department who helped run the stands each night. If
