A memorial service for Mrs. Avides Amadounian was conducted Sunday at the Flint Hill United Methodist Church by Rev. Merlin Shorb. Mrs. Amadounian was the mother of Mrs. Joe Reid of McLean. A buffet dinner at the home of Mrs. Paul Miller followed the service. Family members present from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Reid of McLean, Guy Amtz of San Fransisco, Calif., Michael Amtz of Arlington, Charles Reid of New York, Avidis Reid of Springfield and Robert Reid of Oakton.
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Welch and “ Mrs. Ethel Pullen visited Mrs. Ronald Welch at Mountain View Sunday evening.
