PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT to 15.1-431 Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended): Proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance-Rappahannock County: 1. Section 3.3-5 (KK) Delete “D” from column headed “HC”; replace with "SP”. 2. Section 3.3-6 (A) Add “SE” to column headed “HC”. These proposed amendments will be considered by the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors at a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2,1987, at ten o’clock a.m., at the courthouse in Washington, VA. These proposed amendments will also be considered by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at a public hearing to be held Wednesday, August 19, 1987, at seven-thirty p.m. at the courthouse in Washington, Virginia.
