The Rappahannock Electric Cooperative will hold its annual membership meeting on Saturday Aug. 22 at Spotsylvania High School in Spotsylvania. Registration opens at il:30 a.m., with the business session beginning at 1 p.m. Cooperative members will elect four directors to serve three-year terms on the REC Board.
