“When Dr. Gangel presented the budget, he proposed — with equity — seven percent all the way across. I propose — with equity — eight percent all the way across,” said Mr. Nichols.
“That would be the only fair way to do it,” added Mr. Lee, as the board voted unanimously again to propose eight percent pay raises for all school employees.
