Miss Payne is a 1986 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. She is presently employed at Vint Hill Farms Station near Warrenton and the Rappahannock' News in Washington.
Mr. Dodson, a 1984 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, is employed at Merillate Industries in Culpeper.
An August wedding is planned.
