Martha Holmes
Martha F. Holmes, 76, of Chevy Chase, Md., died March 7 at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Md.
Survivors include two daughters, Edith F. Calhoon of Chevy Chase and Dorothy Wagner of Vienna, a son Rev. Lewis Holmes of Fairfax, a brother Roy James and a sister Annie Holmes of Amissville, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted March 10 at the Hughes United Methodist Church in Wheaton, Md., by the Rev. Edward Vanmetre and the Rev. Lewis Holmes. Burial was
