* J Stan Hastey, a news analyst land consultant on church-state gelations with the Baptist Joint Convention on Public Affairs, will be the final speaker at the Lenten series at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington.
Dr. Hastey works on Capitol Hill as a church spokesman to the national media, and as a policy writer for the Baptist Joint Convention. A native Oklahoman, Dr. Hastey now lives in Burke, Va., with his wife and two children.
