RALLY wins litter award
The Rappahannock Anti-Litter League and You (RALLY) was one of 70 local public and private litter control programs honored by the Virginia Department of Waste Management's Divison of Litter Control and Recycling.The awards were presented by Virginia's First Lady, Jeannie Baliles, during a luncheon Jan. 18 at the ' Richmond Marriott.
