Reid Partlow Sr.

Reid Brown Partlow Sr., 74, of Culpeper died Jan. 20 in University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.

Mr. Partlow was born July 5, 1914, in Rappahannock County, the son of the late A.R. and Eunice Brown Partlow. He was employed as a security guard for Culpeper County Landfill.

Surviving are his wife, Vera Knighting Partlow; one son, Reid B. Partlow Jr., Culpeper; one daughter, Peggy Rauckman, Culpeper; one sister, Mrs. Sim Kilby, Culpeper; and three brothers, William Partlow, Culpeper, Jack Partlow, Front Royal and H.B. Partlow, Wilmington, Del.

The funeral was held Jan. 24 at Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Marvin Cook officiating. Burial Was in Fairvjew Cemetery in Culpeper.
