will include lunch and a hehind-thescenes tour of the Conyers House operation. Also speaking will be former students of innkeeping workshops who have since opened their own inns. These ex-students will offer their own various styles of innkeeping — from part-time owners who work in the city and commute to their inn in the country, to a three-room B & B whose reputation is built on their limited dinner business, which is open to the public as well.
