A7V measure advances
Only individuals 16 years or older may operate large, all-terrain vehicles under a bill passed by the Senate last week. Children 12 to 16 are restricted by the bill to smaller engines of no more than 90 cubic centimeters. ‘Bumper smut ’ ban ?
Being stuck in traffic is one thing, but having to stare at profane bumper stickers is something Del. John G. (Chip) Dicks, D-66th District, doesn’t think people should have to put up with.
