Sparky' faces move
The state electric chair is headed to the plahned Greensville County prison. The Senate approved the chair’s move from the state penitentiary with only one opposing vote. Sen. Joseph V. Gartlan Jr.. D-36th District, long an opponent of capital punishment, blocked a unanimous vote.
