After two months of public hearings and debate, Washington’s Planning Commission has passed on to the Town Council two zoning ordinance amendments requested by The Inn at Little Washington.
The planners recommended approval of an amendment which will allow any structure to exceed the height limitation of 35 feet with a special use permit.
