Trapezoid anniversary
Trapezoid will be celebrating its 15th Anniversary Concert at the Gay Street Theater in Washington with two performances, Friday and Saturday, April 6th and 7th at 8 p.m. The concert will feature special guest appearances by former members of Trapezoid including Lorraine Duisit, Ralph Gordon, Sam Rizzetta and Tina Lisa Jones. The concert is being sponsored by the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. 'Things Change'
A whimsical, rags to riches comedy, it stars Oscar winner Don Ameche and Joe Mantegna in a story of a poor but happy, Sicilian shoeshine man whose simple life becomes complicated when he’s persuaded to take the rap for a murder committed by a Mafia boss. The movie is rated PG.
Business Council to meet
The Sperryville Business Council will meet on Sunday, April 1 at 5:30 p.m. at Country Home Antiques. All members are urged to attend.
Children's karate classes
A six-week series of karate classes taught by Arthur Drago will begin on April 11-May 16. Classes will be held at Child Care and Learning Center on Wednesday evenings from 5:15-6 p.m. Class fee is $32.50, due on or before first class. Please call CCLC at 675-3237 for more information. Beginners, 6 years old and up are welcomed.
Murder mystery rescheduled
The RCHS Drama Club will present its final showing of “The Hollow” on Thursday, March 29. (This is rescheduled from March 24 due to inclement weather). This Agatha Christie Murder Mystery is under the direction of Beth Briggs and stars Susan Estes, Skip Giles and Liz Oliver. Curtain time is 8 p.m. Tickets are $3.50 and will be sold at the door.
