A Culpeper man was charged ■ with failure to drive to the right of the roadway after an accident last Tuesday on U.S. 211 just east of Baldwin’s Service Center in Sperryville.
According to Trooper C.A. Moore, who investigated the accident, Timothy Randle Jenkins, 27, of Culpeper, was westbound on U.S. 211 in hs 1979 Camaro when he allegedly veered across the center line and into the eastbound lane.
A 1987 Toyota owned by Sandra L. Hitt, also of Culpeper, and driven by a juvenile, was eastbound on U.S. 211 after leaving Baldwin’s service station. 1 Trooper Moore said the juvenile told him that when he saw Mr. Jenkins’ car in his lane he applied the brakes and slid off the right side of the road, where his car was struck ' nearly head-on by Mr. Jenkins’ Camaro, which had also veered almost
