Although the Inn’s property is zoned Village Mixed Use, the L.O.M.P. property is zoned Rural Residential, with a minimum lot size of 1.5 acres.
The planners agreed that to allow parking for an off-site commercial use, particularly a use not allowed in a residential zone, would be offensive to the residential character of the neighborhood.
