At the public hearing, citizens also will have the opportunity to make formal comments which will be entered into the project record and evaluated before a decision concerning the feasibility of a bypass is made.
Individuals wanting to make formal comments for the record at the public hearing can pre-register. For the hearing in Warrenton, individuals should contact Judy Antler, tollfree at (800) 288-0283.
Also, those persons wanting to speak may register at the hearing site, but will be called on only after those who have pre-registered have made their presentations.
Due to the expected turnout, initial verbal testimony will be limited to five minutes per individual. However, additional comments can be provided in writing or recored using an on-location court reporter.
