Rappahannock News photo/Lou Hatter THERE WERE NO serious injuries in this one-car accident Sunday afternoon on U.S. 211 west of Sperryville. Cletus Cubbage, 49, of Luray, was charged with driving under the influence by Trooper R.E. Keen. Mr. Cubbage said he was westbound when he was run off the road by an eastbound car. He suffered only minor injuries, and was treated and released at Fauquier Hospital. His car, a 1976 Chevrolet, was totalled. Fire and rescue personnel from Sperryville and Washington responded to the accident.
