Although he may not realize it. this smiling young man has a lot of growing up to do before he can fill this chair. On the road to adulthood, he will experience a variety of situations, conflicting emotions, and the process of maturing physically.
This youngster will need mature leadership and spiritual counseling to assist in his transition from boyhood to manhood. It is our responsibility to see that he receives the guidance he needs to assure that he will continue to be smiling and well adjusted when he is old enough to fit into the role of adulthood. Proverbs 22:(> tells us to “Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it."
