held in Sperryville on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 5 and 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, rain or shine.
The Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department will hold a fall carnival on Oct. 4-7 to coincide with the festival. Rides will be provided by West Virginia Amusement Company. The department plans to host a Saturday and Sunday matinee. A band has been scheduled for Thursday night and other activities will be announced at a later date.
The department is also seeking queen contestants for the fall carnival. For more information concerning the queen contest please call Margaret Ann Wayland at 987-8260.
