It appearing from an affidavit that defendant Ralph Andrew Kidd, is not a resident of this state and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of plaintiff to < ascertain the whereabouts of the defendant, without effect, it is ORDERED that the defendant appear before this Court within ten days after the due publication of this notice, and do what is necessary to protect his interest herein.
