PURSUANT to Section 6-1-2 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 10, 1990, at 8:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
