In October NIRE will offer the new course for aspiring real estate agents weekdays from Oct. 11 to Oct. 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and evenings on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and all day on Saturdays starting Oct. 6 and ending Nov. 10. Classes will be held at the NIRE Tysons Comer Education Center at 1880 Howard Ave in Vienna. The tuition is $285 which includes a six-hour state exam prepa-ation course.
NIRE will also offer a 15-hour Principles course for agents who need the new additional hours to reactiviate their license or transfer their license from another state. Students should register for all courses by calling NIRE at (703) 893-0655 or 1-800-277-NIRE.
