required
A recent change in Virginia law will require all new real estate agents to complete 60 hours of “Principles of Real Estate” before they can take the state examination or obtain their license. The new law increases the hours required from 45 to 60 and is effective Jan. 1,1991.
To meet this new requirement the National Institute of Real Estate (NIRE) has received approval from the Real Estate Board in Richmond to start offering the new 60 hour course immediately. In addition to Virginia the course meets Maryland
