The Rappahannock Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the proposed public-school budget at 7:30 p.m. April 24 in the Rappahannock High auditorium.
The hearing is designed for the public to air its reaction to the budget.
The supervisors will also hold a public hearing on the three county redistricting plans at 7:30 p.m. April 25 in the Rappahannock Court House.
The supervisors will adopt one of the three plans and submit it to the U.S. Department of Justice for final approval.
The Vocational Education Advisory Council of the county public schools system will hold its final meeting of the year at 7 p.m. April 23 in the Rappahannock High library.
Teachers from the business, home economics and technology education classes will report on special activities in their programs.
The council will also review the Vocational Education application for the 1991-92 school year. The public is invited.
The Washington Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday April 18 in the conference room in Frank Reynolds' office in Washington, to consider changes in the revised subdivision ordinance.
Gordon Jones of Planning District 9 has reviewed the ordinance and will meet with the planners to offer suggestions.
The regular meeting of the town planing commission at 7:30 p.m. on Monday April 22 in the courthouse will conclude the public hearing on the plan.
