Mr. Reynolds told the council that both landowners (the Eldred family and Dr. Werner Krebser) had “indicated a willingness to cooperate” and will probably give up any claim to the road if the town agrees to maintain it. Title work on that stub street has been done, and so Mr. Reynolds will be negotiating with the landowners over the dimensions of the road.
