The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land of which Lewis Roebuck and Abraham Wigaington died seized and possessed, located in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing twenty-four (24) acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in the Amended Bill of Complaint.

An affidavit having been made and filed and the Amended Bril of Complaint having stated that, in addition to the parties referenced in tne Order of Publication heretofore entered in this cause, Bertha Malone, Abraham Wiggington, Clayton Lawson, William Lawson, Lucy Lawson Childs, Susie Lawson Toms, Louise Lawson Hudson, Cora Lawson Rector, John Lawson, Richard Lawson, Carroll Lawson, Ashby Lawson, Clifford Lawson, if they be living, or if they be dead, their heirs, successors, devisees and assigns, are or may be nonresidents of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that the addresses of some of said persons are unknown, and that there are or may be other persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Amended Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is, therefore,
