The publication of “Inns of the Blue Ridge: Mountain Hospitality in the Best Southern Tradition from Virginia to Georgia” was celebrated at the Bleu Rock Inn in Washington last Saturday.

The 300-page travel guide, the latest offering from EPM Publications in McLean, naturally features entries from Rappahannock and surrounding counties.

Rappahannock inns features are the Blue Knoll Farm in Castleton, the School House in Flint Hill, Conyers House in Sperryville, Bleu Rock and The Inn at Little Washington.

But the book includes information about more than 126 “recommended country escapes” from Blue Ridge states.
