Virginia State Trooper R.E. Keen charged Sergio ValerioHerrera, 23, of Sperryville, with possession of marijauna following a routine traffic stop on April 7.
According to Trooper Keen’s report, Valerio-Herrera was stopped about 4:55 p.m. for a speeding violation on U.S. 522, three-tenths of a mile south of Route 630.
