Mr. Capps is currently the principal public policy consultant, fiindraiser, and strategist with Baycap Consultants, a firm that offers organizational evaluation, resource development, special event planning, goal setting and public affairs assistance to nonprofit, profit and political enterprises.
He was also employed by the Triangle Council of Governments in Research Triangle Park, N.C., as director of economic development programs, to direct, implement and evaluate the first economic development program for the six-county planning region surrounding the Raleigh-Durham Airport and the Research Triangle Park in central North Carolina.
His civil and professional affiliations includes member, Board of Directors, of the Research Triangle Rotary Club, deacon of the Watts Street Baptist Church, National Society of Fund Raising Executives, and the International Facilities Management Association.
