me Dounaaries or me saia rive election districts, and two precincts, shall be as shown on the Election District Map, and as described by written boundary description, both adopted as a part of this Ordinance, which Map and written boundary description shall be filed in the Board of Supervisors’ Minute Book in. the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and shall be further identified by signature and date of adoption placed thereon by Hubert S. Gilkey,III, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. 4. The population of the respective election districts are hereby adjusted by changing the election district boundaries as shown on the Election District Map, and as described in the written boundary description, resulting in the following reapportionment of population among the election districts:

6,622 5. Nothing herein shall be deemed to change the boundary of any Magisterial District, each of which shall retain its historical boundary. Representation on the Board of Supervisors shall be by election districts, one Supervisor to be elected from each election district. j

6. This Ordinance is adopted after a duly advertised public hearing by a majority vote of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as shown1 below, on-1991, and shall become effective at midnight on that day. AyesNays ___ __

Clerk to the Board The above Ordinance will be considered by the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors at a public hearing to be held on Thursday, April 25, at 7.30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia. At this hearing, three plans accomplishing the decennial reapportionment of election districts in Rappahannock County will be compared, considered and discussed. One of the three will be duly adopted and made a part of the Or chance (m Section 4 above). All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. I Census data, maps and reapportionment proposals are available for inspection at the County Anunistrator's Office in Washington.
