Lions hold benefit auction

The Rappahannock Lions Club will hold a benefit auction at 6 p.m. May 11 at the Washington Fire Hall.

Donations of new, re-newed and saleable items are needed, cash donations are accepted but food and clothing are not.

Gift certificates are appreciated, „ and all donations are tax deductible.

Register for 4-H camp

The 1991 4-H Day Camp will be held June 24-26. Youths ages 6-12 are invited to participate in a variety of classes, swimming, recreational and educational activities. The cost is $25.

Registration is now being conducted for the camp at the Rappahannock Extension Office in Washington between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Call 675-3619 for more information.
