The Child Care and Learning Center (CCLC) has now expanded the use of its property to include a ropes challenge course.

The course was funded by Paul Wolk, a member of the Board of Directors who is a strong believer in the use of an adventure-based, experiential approach to enhance selfconcept and positive behavior.

The completion of this course and the training of the instructors marks the end of a year-long project for . CCLC.

What is a ropes challenge course? It is a series of elements designed to provide a challenging experience for individuals or groups. High elements - those events that are high off the ground and must be belayed (rope attachment system) to ensure the safety of the participants - are more geared to challenging the individual.
