New hours at Lom-Bar-Dy Restaurant are: Closed Monday and Tuesday; 8 to 2 Wednesday; 8 to 8 Thursday; 8 to 10 Friday and Saturday; and 8 to 7 on Sundays. Manager Hattie Settle invites everyone to stop by for a delicious home-cooked meal. She enjoyed having Pastor Weems and guests attend last Sunday.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Mrs. Edith Webb who died on April 26. She was 98.
Mr. and Mrs. Milton Switzer Jr. and family traveled to Philadelphia, Pa. on April 28. The Switzer Singers performed at Christ Baptist Church. Rev. Milton Switzer Sr. delivered the sermon. Mrs. Switzer Sr. also joined them. They were pleased to have Norman and Margie Butler of Culpeper attend as well.
