Rumor also had it that a grand jury investigation of drug use in the Virginia Beach area included Robb as a possible witness.
A former reporter for a Norfolk newspaper spent months tracking down some of the allegations about Robb and wrote at length about her findings. Hpwever, the newspaper sharply edited the story, though it was eventually published.
