The Amissville Ruritan Club’s Festival and Craft Show will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 11. The free event takes place at the Ruritan’s Club Stuart Field on US 211, approximately 10 miles west of Warrenton. (Rain date is May 18.)
Numerous activities are planned as follows:
9 to 6: Over 40 crafters inside and outside Club building, clowns, food, baseball games, kids races. Mother’s Day potted plants and tree sale.
9 to 1: Free Health Fair co-sponsored by Rappahannock Electric Coop.
10 to 3: Petting mo by Wilson’s Pet Farm of Winchester.
2: Troop Salute Ceremony; Runny Kinzer opens with the National Anthem’s Star-Spangled Banner as arranged by David T. Clydesdale; Welcome Home Desert Storm troops, remember all veterans and honor all retired and active military personnel serving around the world; Culpeper Junior ROTC
