The Middle Street Gallery's second annual art event, “Spirituality and Art,” began with an artists’ reception on Saturday, May 4, and will continue this month with various events.
Hie next such event will be a celebration of Mothers’ Day in the country with a “Mothering Sunday Brunch and Spring Rite,” noon-3 p.m. Sunday, May 12. Note that the event will be a pothick dinner rather than a ticket event. A Spring Ritual will be performed by the Valley Ritual Players from Alexandria.
An environmental sculpture will be especially installed for the luncheon by gallery member artist Linda Rainer from Culpeper. Call by May 6 for reservations at 675-3440.
