ne concealed miormation about Allison from the FBI after he was arrested, said Quinones. “I’m trying to understand why. I just didn’t. I just decided not to and that was it. It was an error on my part, a violation of my agreement,” he testified. One kilo in his possession at the time of his arrest was earmarked for Allison, he said.
Allison’s brother Jerry Douglas Allison also testified. He has entered a pre-indictment sealed plea of guilty to conspiracy with the court.
Jerry Allison said Kenny Allison suggested in 1988 “I start making some money,” and that Allison would sell or advance him amounts of cocaine.
“I was told who to sell to and Who not to sell to,” said Jerry Allison. The other Allison sibling involved in the conspiracy, Thelma Allison Knowlton, did not testify due to time restraints, said Mr. Apperson. She pleaded guilty to conspiracy durin the first day of trial last week.
Neither Mr. Apperson nor local law enforcement officials would comment on the “second wave” of indictments expected in the case. Mr. Apperson would only say that the case is the “subject of an ongoing investigation.”
Rappahannock Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke did confirm, however, that “there will be some more charges placed” in Rappahannock County.
Maj. Warren Jenkins of the Fauquier Sheriffs Office said he expected to present more indictments to the Fauquier Grand Jury as early as June.
