• Judge Robertson also accepted pleas of guilty to grand larceny and breaking into an auto from Ernest Lee Rooker, 23, of Washington, Va. A pre-sentence report was ordered, to be returned Aug. 6.
• Lynn Edward McFarland, 19, of Washington, Va., pleaded guilty to destruction of private property in Circuit Court May 7. Another charge against McFarland, for feloniously shooting from a vehicle, was continued until a pre-sentence investigation is completed in August. McFarland pleaded guilty to destruction of a pickup truck belonging to and Old Hollow man.
• Larry Alden Ingram, 37, of Culpeper, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and petty larceny before Judge Robertson May 8. The petty larceny charge was reduced under terms of a plea agreement from the original charge of grand larceny. A pre-sentence report was ordered for Aug. 6.
