At a special meeting Thursday
night, the Rappahannock School Board voted unanimously to offer Robert T. Chappell a contract as principal of the county high school for 1982-83. Chappell, currently assistant principal at Madison County High School, accepted the offer Friday evening, according to superintendent Robert Estabrook. A native of North Carolina, Chappell is a 1966 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning his bsurhelor’s degree in political science.
