Amissville Baptist Church will hold revival services beginning Sunday morning, Aug. 9-14. Nightly services will be at 7:30 p.m. except Sunday evening, 7 p.m.
The theme will be centered on Christian values and the family. Special music and nursery provided for these special services.
Special music includes the church's Bluegrass band on Sunday night, United Methodist Choir Monday night, Hand-bell Choir Tuesday from First Baptist Gaithersburg, Bethel Baptist Choir on Wednesday, Kathi Finny Thursday and Friday not confirmed yet as of publication time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Omega Hitt who has been in Fairfax Hospital for about 10 days. She was scheduled for heart bypass surgery on Monday.

We have another precious granddaughter. Emily was born to Curtis and Lisa Stuart on July 1. She weighed eight pounds and lf> 1/2 ounces and was 21 inches long.
