in all 50 states will continue to put him there, new ideas are being considered at local, state and national levels as to how best harness the momentum and energy created by the Perot campaign.
Ms. Johnson had recently returned from Richmond where district and county coordinators of the Virginians for Perot group caucused at the James River Inn to explore proposals for an ongoing mission.
Ms. Johnson handed the members of the group a proposal for the formation of a We the People Foundation which was formatted at the Richmond caucus. The proposal states that Perot supporters would like to establish a national foundation and a series of state foundations that will provide funding for education and public awareness programs, policy research and recommendation and associated activities.
The proposal states that annual contributions to the foundation will be utilized to provide a series of allied state political impact committees which will be called the National We the People PIC (political impact committees).
These PICs will function differently from political action committees in that they will be organized i down to the block level and, instead of contributions to candidates who obtain the endorsement of the PIC, will provide grass roots, door-toSee
