Casey Longyear, daughter of Walter and Susan Longyear celebrated her eighth birthday on Saturday, Aug. 1 at Fairlea Farm.
Those helping her to celebrate the occasion were Brooke Brady of Marshall, Maggie Ruisi of Huntly, Annie Hewitt of Charlottesville, Sean Robertson and Henry Robertson of Castleton, Nate Martin and Sam Rust of Flint Hill. Also Berkeley Hobson, Max Parrish, Sam Parrish, Adrianne Moore and Shiloh Proper of Washington. Everyone had messy fun making crafts and bashing a pinata.
Samantha Falls of Woodville spent Saturday with her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Richard Simmons.
Ennis Clark of Lebanon Church was a Saturday caller of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark.
Sunday evening Mr. and Mrs. James Beatty, Randy and Robbie of Point O’Woods, Front Royal visited Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown, Amanda and Bobbie Jo.
Friday Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Sengstack, Eric and Jason in Centreville and all attended a parade at the Marine Barracks in D.C. Eric and Jason accompanied their grandparents the Schultzs home on Saturday and in the afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Schultz, Eric and Jason attended the Peter Pan Musical at Shenandoah University in Winchester.
Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Steven Sengstack of Centreville visited Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz. Eric and Jason returned home with their parents.
Frances Eubank remains a patient at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal where she had major surgery recently. She is visited daily by her family and friends.
Friday Sarah Frances Heflin of Front Royal, Mary Alexandria of Haymarket and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Hawkins of Stephens City were guests of Annie Hawkins.
Guests Saturday of Annie Hawkins were Kim Hawkins of Springfield and Mabel Burke and grandchildren Molly and Katie Burke of Woodville.
Mr. and Mrs. John Deal, Jamie ind Johnathan of Hume and Roger Hawkins-of Amissville were Sunday guests of Annie Hawkins.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler of McLean spent the weekend at their place on Blue Ridge Avenue and visited with her mother Erma Jenkins.
