The annual firemen’s carnival came to a close on Saturday evening. They wish to thank everyone who helped in anyway to make it a success.
The winner of the Miss Flint Hill Carnival Queen was Stacky Ricketts and first runner up was Liza Cada. Little Miss went to Raven Baker and first runner up was Grace Bailey. The contestants sold tickets for the crown and sold a total of $6,803.
The 1992 Ford Festfva car went to Robert Winfield Hamil Huff of Flint Hill, the purebred black heifer went to Wayne Lane of Castleton, the Redskin tickets went to Mike Massie of Washington, the hutch went to Cathy McDonald of Falls Church. The hutch was donated in memory of Moe Walker by Bill Nuckols of Jacksonville, Fla.
