A 21-year-old Elkwood man faces (nulitple charges stemming from an alleged attempted assault Oct. 27, Major Ed Streapy of the Sheriffs Office said Tuesday. : Edward Curtis Lambert is being held in the Rappahannock County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond, charged with abduction, wearing a mask with the intent to cause fear, attempted breaking and entering of a vehicle with the intent to commit a felony, and a misdemeanor assault charge.

The car followed her to he Nethers Mill area, where the Iriver reportedly attempted to block ter car into a dead end. • The woman reported that the driver of the other car then got out, Approached her car and attempted to «un entry by beating and kicking on the glass and door panel.
