ideas for a bake sale or bazaar. Kellog’s nut and honey crunch double peanut butter cookies (Mary Miller Wood) 11/2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened

1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 cups Kellogg’s nut and honey crunch flakes cereal, crushed to 2 cups 1 cup peanut butter chips 1. Stir together flour, salt and baking powder, set aside 2. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine, peanut butter, and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, flaked cereal and peanut butter chips. 3. Drop by slightly rounded measuring tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. With fork, flatten cookies to 2 1/4 inches in diameter. 4. Bake in 350 degree oven about 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack before storing in airtight container.
