Cathy Ann Atkins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Nelson Atkins Jr. of Flint Hill, was married to Scott Andrew Ballantyne, son of Col. and Mrs. N. Blaine Ballantyne of. Springfield on Saturday, Sept. 5 at Saint Stephen’s United Methodist Church in Burke.
