Musician and storyteller Bill Wellington enthralled students and teachers at Rappahannock Elementary School last week with a program of spellbinding tales of haunted chewing gum and teachers jumping out of windows. The multi-talented Wellington returns to Rappahannock Elementary at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 not with more stories but with a band to call a country dance.
